We are trained in multiple interventions (i.e., CBT, EMDR, Flash Technique, etc.) but our approach varies with your needs. We have found that it is not helpful to have a therapist that relies on one form of treatment. Despite all of the interventions, we firmly believe that you get the most out of therapy when you like and trust your therapist. Our approach is easy-going, compassionate, and curious. We started off with individual counseling and then expanded to include couples sessions, family sessions, and group sessions.
