Individual Session – 45 minutes: $250

Couples Session – 45 minutes: $250

 

Group Session – 60 minutes: $75

Intern Individual Session – 45 minutes: $75

We are in network with Cigna insurance. However, our services are reimbursable by most "out of network" insurance plans.  Most people have this coverage without knowing it.

​

To see if you have this coverage, ask your insurance, "do I have out-of-network benefits?", "do you provide reimbursement for Licensed Mental Health Counselors (in New York) or Licensed Professional Counselors (in New Jersey) ?", and "what is your reimbursement rate for outpatient psychotherapy?"

Psychotherapy is also typically covered by pre-tax Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) or Health Spending Accounts (HSAs).
